Casa Ciao was designed to be your tranquil oasis! It is decorated in the colors of the sun, sand and sea. The cabinets and furniture in the home were locally made which gives the house a real Mexican feel.

Casa Ciao is quiet, calm, serene and literally just steps away from the beach. You will be treated to an ocean view from every room of the house. Casa Ciao's terraces are some of the closest to the water and beach in all of Las Conchas. When the windows are open, the sounds of the ocean fill the home.

The tides here in section 9 of Las Conchas fluctuate greatly depending upon the moon cycle and time of year. During the very highest tides, the water comes right up to the sea wall and for a few hours, you feel like you are standing on the back of a cruise ship looking out at sea. When the tide is extremely high and it is a windy day, you will be treated to some amazing splashes over the lower terrace wall. During an extremely low tide, there are approximately 900 feet of beach in front of the house which lead you out to the coral reefs. On most days, the tides fall somewhere in the middle of those two extremes.

Casa Ciao is located in Section 9 of Las Conchas which is close to the end of the community were the beaches are quiet and there is not a lot of street or vendor traffic. It has sandy beaches instead of the rocky beaches that Rocky Point is known for. Las Conchas is a a guard patrolled community that has 24 hour security and only one road in and out. Casa Ciao is also located very close to the estuary which is a great place to explore, fish, bird watch, look for shells, go fishing and just explore.

Casa Ciao has two bedrooms which are both master suites. Each has a king size bed with a memory foam mattress, high quality bedding, blackout curtains, a ceiling fan and reading lights. In addition, each bedroom has an ocean view with sliding glass doors that lead to the upper terrace as well as an Ensuite bathroom with shower and closet. Bath towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and soaps are provided.

The living space has a 65" smart TV, a queen size sleeper sofa, a love seat and a locally made dining table that seats six. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, margarita machine, microwave, coffee makers (traditional filter type and K-cup), blender and a Brita water filtration pitcher.

There are two beachfront terrace levels that both have gorgeous views of the beach and ocean. The terraces sit high above beach level for added privacy. The upper terrace has a propane grill with 4 chaise lounges, 2 chairs and an outdoor dining table with benches. There is also a lower terrace that has a private beach area where you can relax in the sand and your children can play safely while still being on the property. The lower terrace also has a fire pit, double hammock, shade structure, 4 Adirondack chairs and an outdoor shower. While out on the terraces, you will be treated to unobstructed views of Rocky Point's spectacular sunsets! At night, the show of stars in the sky is absolutely breathtaking!
